How JILI86 Reviews an Operator: The Criteria, and Their Limits

This site ranks games by figures the game makers publish. Operators publish far less, so describing one honestly means being explicit about what was checked and what was only claimed. This page is the method, written down so you can hold the rest of the site to it. JILI86 is an independent guide: it is not a casino, takes no deposits, runs no games, and gives no scores or rankings to operators. 21+.

The eight criteria

Every operator description on this site is built from the same eight questions, in this order. They are deliberately boring. Each one has an answer that is either published or absent, and absence is itself the finding.

CriterionWhat we look forCan this site verify it?
Licence disclosureA named licensing body and a licence identity stated in text, not a badge image, and matching a regulator's own published listPartly: the claim is visible, and the list can be checked, but a current licence can lapse without the page changing
Payment railsWhich e-wallets, bank transfer networks and card types are named in the cashier, and whether the same ones appear on the site and in the appPartly: what is named is checkable; whether a payment clears is not
Terms clarityWhether wagering requirements, bonus expiry, maximum bet while a bonus is active and withdrawal conditions are findable in under a minuteYes: this is a test of the published document
KYC rulesWhether the identity checks are described before you deposit rather than discovered at cash-out, and which documents are listedYes for what is written, no for how it is applied to an individual account
Complaint routeA named internal escalation step and a named external one, with a channel you can reach without asking an agent for itYes: either it is published or it is not
Responsible-gaming toolsDeposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion, and whether they are self-serve or require a requestPartly: their existence is published, their behaviour is not observable from outside
Support channelsWhich channels exist, their stated hours, and whether a channel is a controlled one or just a social accountYes for what exists, no for response quality
App distributionHow the operator expects you to install, whether it is honest about sideloading, and whether it publishes mirrorsYes: distribution practice is visible

Why there are no scores

A number out of ten implies a measurement. Nothing in the list above is measured by this site. We can read a licence claim, we can open a terms page and time how long the wagering rule takes to find, and we can note whether a complaint route exists. None of that converts into 8.4. So the operator pages describe findings in sentences and leave the weighing to you, which is slower to read and harder to argue with.

The same reasoning rules out a ranked table of operators. Games can be ranked, because their RTP and max win are published by the studio and comparable across titles. Operators cannot, because the inputs are claims.

What this site cannot verify

  • How long a withdrawal takes. That is set by the operator and its payment partner, and it is published on the operator cashier page, not here.
  • Any fee, minimum or maximum. Same reason. Where this site mentions one, it is describing a public rail rule, not an operator setting.
  • Whether an individual account was treated fairly. This site has no access to any account, balance or ticket.
  • Whether a game paid what it should. RTP is a long-run figure published by the studio; no session proves or disproves it.
  • Whether support actually replies. We can tell you a channel is published; we cannot test it on your behalf and present that as typical.

Anything we have not verified is written as a claim: the operator states, the page says, the badge asserts. If you see a flat assertion of fact on this site about an operator, it should trace back to a document you can open yourself.

What never changes the wording

No payment, partnership or commercial relationship changes a single sentence of a description on this site, and nothing is written to order. Some outbound links on this site may be partner links, which means a commission is possible if someone follows one and later signs up. That arrangement pays for the site. It does not buy an adjective, it does not buy placement in a list, and it does not remove a criticism.

The practical test you should apply: a site that cannot name anything negative about an operator it links to is not describing it, it is selling it. If a page here reads that way, it has failed its own method.

When a page gets changed

Pages are revised when the thing they describe changes: a licence claim appears or disappears, a terms page is rewritten, a payment rail is added or removed, a support channel is withdrawn. The revision date on the page is the date of that check. A page that has not changed in months has usually not been neglected; the underlying claims have simply stayed the same.

If you can show that something here is wrong, that is a reason to change it, and the only reason that works.

What we are not

JILI86 is a guide, not an operator and not a regulator. It takes no deposits, runs no games, holds no funds and cannot resolve a dispute. There is no named human reviewer presented as an authority, no claim that anyone here tested a cash-out, and no promise that following any page produces a profit. Gambling costs money over time and is for adults aged 21 and over.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you rate operators out of ten?

No. Scores imply measurement, and the inputs here are mostly claims rather than measurements. Operator pages describe findings in plain sentences instead.

Are your links paid?

Some outbound links may be partner links, which can earn a commission if someone signs up after following one. No payment changes any wording, placement or criticism on this site.

Why will you not publish withdrawal times?

Because this site cannot verify them and they are not ours to set. Payout timing, fees and minimums are set by the operator and published on its own cashier page. Check them there.

Who writes these pages?

The site publishes its criteria rather than a byline, because a name you cannot check adds no evidence. What you can check is whether each statement traces back to a document you can open.

Can you help me get my money out?

No. This site has no access to any operator account. The route is the operator's own support first, then your e-wallet or bank through their own app, then the regulator if a licence is claimed, then the cybercrime authorities if you believe you were defrauded.
